The Noord Brabants Museum presents fashion photography from the Nicola Erni collection: from haute couture to street fashion, with the exhibition's design by Belgian interior architect Gert Voorjans.**

From June 10 to September 3, The Noordbrabants Museum presents the exhibition "A Personal View on High Fashion & Street Style. Photographs from the Nicola Erni Collection. 1930s to Now."

Since the 1930s, magazines including Vogue and Harper's Bazaar have been full of fashion photos of models in the most outrageous outfits, alongside flawless pictures from the catwalk or in the studio.

Bubbling to the surface, meanwhile, is street fashion photography, whose candid snapshots are introducing urban looks to the mainstream.

Over 240 photos, acquired by Swiss collector Nicola Erni, who possesses one of the world's largest private collections of fashion photography, take you into the seductive dream world of a hundred years of haute couture to the real world of street photography, from supermodels and shoulder pads to street style looks captured on social media.
